I'd only had my A1 for 4 hours before somebody opened their door onto mine, denting and chipping my passenger door handle.

Fortunately it only cost £30 to get sorted.

Wow cheap, woulda thought a repair like that would be more!

Any b4/after pics? Was it done by te dealer?

I hope this gets sorted for you, its not nice when something you look after gets damaged by some other eeejit.

I've found the worse place for getting any car damaged is a supermarket car park. If you have to go, park well out of the way, right out of the way if possible. A couple of minutes walk can save a lot of heartache.

I haven't noticed any scrapes or scratches on Claude yet but I have a feeling it's going to happen sooner or later... :?

my nephew dropped his scooter against the passenger side rear part of my car and scratched it. I kind of noticed from afar what was happening as my sister was rubbing the car. I took a deep breath and got on with getting him and his friend to the bike track only for him to remind me he had scratched it.

It's not deep and I can hardly notice it with the constant covering of dirt I seem to have on a white car. I did shout at him for a while to feel better to which he replied "cars scratch, it happens!" Not there it doesn't and not when it's a month old. I've told him he's got to pay out of his pocket money to get it fixed.
