If it has xenon lights (which I believe are standard on post-May 2015 built S-Line cars) it should have head light washers (it's a legal requirement I believe). They are mounted behind flaps in the bumper and squirt every 5-6 windscreen squirts.

This is an SQ5 but they work the same on the A1...

The cutout you have is for the towing eye. So you don't have washers.
How sure are you you have xenons? I'm thinking you don't and so hence don't have washers. This is as it should be.

OK, so you have a pre-facelift MY15 S-Line with the standard halogens - and it is correct to not have headlight washers.

The addition of the facelift coming for cars made after May-2015 has made it more confusing (as basically the only thing that change aesthetically on the car was the headlights). As you say your car is a 2015 it must have been built before May this year and registered after March I guess (note technically it could have been built as long ago as May 2014 with that spec - but more likely between Jan and May I would think).
