I had this problem on my Seat. all you can do is wait for the disc to wear down. It's due to contamination on the brake padsnico said:I had a problem with my brakes squeaking/grinding. Worse in the morning and after about 5 mins city driving it generally went. Brought it to the Audi Dealership and they couldnt hear anything or more likely they didnt want to hear anything. I drove it out the door and it squeaked at the first traffic lights i stopped at. I got a tin of double TT and sprayed it around the brake discs and it cured it for me for a few weeks. From reading posts this seems a common problem in Audi cars.
