I'd not seen the colour in real life before, so took a bit of a gamble on it. Really pleased with how he looks though!

Thanks guys, I'm having a lot of fun with him so far!

Done my first 'mod' on him today - pressed plates.

He goes in to the garage on Wednesday to be lowered and have spacers fitted.

What size of spacers are you going for?

H&R springs and 15mm spacers on the front and 20mm spacers on the back.

Not the best pics of the lowering, I'll try and get some decent ones of him tomorrow :)

Looks good. See if you can get some pics showing the wheel within the arch...interested to see how the spacers worked.

Have to say it looks amazing  ...think it looks like the perfect height on the new springs, although I don't know if it's something I would do.

In an ideal world I'd have it 10mm lower. But I wanted to keep it practical and that meant either a sensible drop on springs, or air - and I don't have the budget for air at the moment, so springs it was lol.

I see in one of the pics that your car came with Conti tyres on it. Haven't seen this before - usually Audi use Bridgestone for this size of tyre.

Yeah I'm not sure why that is??? It's not something I specified. A lot have been complaining about the Bridgestones so maybe that's why???

I wouldn't mind my car having Conti's on it from the factory, but I do plan to get Michelin PSS when I need to change the Bridgestones :D

Yeah they're supposed to be very good. I'm finding the Contis fine, but I don't really push the car hard tbh.
