Afternoon all,

Just been reading up on the new DS3 rally car and seen the Mini WRC car (due to compete in 2012), do you think its time Audi looked into a nice A1 WRC rival??

Whats are peoples thoughts on Audi entering back into the WRC circuit...??

Would it be worth it for them??

Id love to see a A1 Quattro thrashing around

And I would love to be driving it! I was watching the Monte Carlo Rally the other week and dreaming..... I did do a bit of rallying but it soon got too expensive! No rich Sugar Daddy's!

The mini has already done a couple of events, it's competing this year in 8 full rounds I believe, starting properly next month. Quite looking forward to it, looks lovely. An A1 would be cool to see, the skoda fabia is in the IRC which uses the same platform as the A1 so shouldn't be too difficult... not that any of the cars even share one part with their road going equivalent... Perhaps the headlights. :lol:

it would only happen in quattro format....no other option for Audi.
