A1 Black Edition launched in the UK

Hi all,

Suspect this will boost sluggish A1 sales in the UK

The black edition includes xenon plus headlights and electronic climate control which are optional extras on the other models. The price of both of these is around £1100 which is the price the black edition is above the S Line. On top of the S Line you also get black styling package, privacy glass and bigger alloy wheels.

Wish I had too waited for this, as Ive added the xenon plus headlights and electronic climate control to the S Line which i currently have on order. Would have got much more for my money with the black edition :-(

I ordered my car 6 days ago! Cant believe someone wouldn't have mentioned that their releasing this new edition. Should I change the order for this black edition then? Seems as I'm already paying the extra £1100 for extras which are standard on this model.

So confused!

I Think it has only been Announced ... Nothing about when it can be ordered/1st Delivery Dates nor can you Configure the car etc ? So maybe an even longer wait if you decided to change order
