Drove the new Cooper S yesterday

One word... Fabulous
Amazing punch and engine sound, handling as expected. Haven't had that much fun in a long time
Sold: 2012 Daytona A1 Black Edition TDI / 5 year service plan / Averaged 55mpg first 6900 miles
Now drives: 2012 UP!

They actually look a lot better in person than they do when you see them in the adverts.

Mini's are brilliant cars. I would happily get a JCW again!!

Saw a whole transporter full of the new version today on M4

All either red or that gopping mustard yellow colour. Can confirm it looks much nicer in the flesh. 8-)

Havent checked out the new shape, but im currently driving a 2010 Cooper and i dont like it. Sure it steers nice like a go kart, but im not a fan.

I will go and check out the new shape though as we are deciding on what to buy. (Wifes test monday lol)

S3 lol? You will only have regret if you get a MINI or an S1. Make sure the wife test drives the S3 last ;)

Haha, yeah S3 Sportback is first choice. Remapped :D

Im pretty certain we wont buy a Mini, the wife also doesnt like them. Just want to go and check out the new one.

S1 is nice, but we have had two A1's already and it wont feel like a new car :(
