The salesman and the blurb state 74-78 mpg for the diesel and about 50 for the petrol.

I see a lot of SOM DS3's and yes it seems aimed at the youngsters.

What are resale values like on those?

Saw a DS3 today and was shocked at how gordy the exterior was. You're going to get noticed for all the wrong reasons in one of those.

And to re-quote my French ex girlfriend: "Don't buy anything from Citroen, they are shit and will always let you down"
1.4 TFSI Sport 3dr- Pearl Phantom Black- Parking System Plus- Tyre warning indicator- Hill Hold Assist- Sd Sat Nav- Heated and Folding Door Mirrors- LED Interior Light Pack- Rear floor mats- 5 year Long Life Service Plan.

Quite strangely I had one of these as a hire car over the weekend as I didn't want to put a load of miles in my A1 (1000). It is horrible. At a quick glance it looks alright but it is once you start looking close that you remember it is a Citroen. The audio interface is so hard to use and almost impossible to use safety when driving. On the plus side, the 1.4 diseasal felt quick, responsive and solid. Actually felt like a good engine.
