Mini Cooper S experience? R56

The wife now wants a cooper s and not an Eos. Our budget will get a 58/09 from a dealer so will come with a warranty, TLC and extended Tlc. Anyone ever owned one?

They are good fun to drive, I have a mini cooper diesel and my boyfriend has the cooper S. They are really fun, but not very practical and a very hard ride, a lot harder than the a1s.
They arent all that economical either, but if you arent fussed about cost and want a weekend toy then they are great for that!
