Ok heres the thread i meant to post a few months ago!

If you want to post pictures of your old cars or friends cars you worked on (I have a few) Thats fine too.

Sadly, i dont think i took pics of my RS Turbos :(

Now, i just need to go find and scan them!

No pics but I had a mark 1 XR2 in silver,awesome car solid as a rock,how I miss that unpowered steering :-( . . My 2 workmates, one had a 205 gti 1.9 in Red and the other a black 2.8i Capri. . .used to love college days bombing to Nottingham in those.8-)

My first German Car :D Bought it as a rusted stockie when I was 15 ..... 8-)

Some lovely classic cars there. I had a red Fiesta RS with TSW Blades although it ate gearboxes! :(

This is my baby and what the A1 will be replacing in the near future.
Its a 306 S16, one of approx 1200 made.

I fitted 4 pot Brembo brakes from a 406 coupe to her:

Yes the calipers really were that close to the back of the spokes! (you could just about get a piece of paper inbetween them).

Unfortunately due to being sat on the drive whilst I was self employed for 2 years trying to make ends meet she has deteriorated to a point where it's not worth spending the money to fix her anymore.
I'm gutted about it as she handled like a big go kart and loved the revs too (I swear she was happier at 6500-7200rpm than pottering around town where she'd become tempermental) but i'm hoping the A1 will be a suitable replacement :)
