Terms and Conditions

The Apple iPad on offer is the iPad 16GB WLAN Version, subject to availability from Apple. The device will be ordered by iCandi and delivered to the recipient by registered courier. No cash alternative will be offered. Postage costs to recipient will be borne by iCandi. The draw will be made on the 1st November, 2010 and all registrants who have activated their account on The A1 Forum by 23:59 CET on the 30th October, 2010 will be entered. Draw will be made by random number selection by an independent company. Selected registrant will be required to supply their full name and address for verification and upon meeting these terms, the iPad will be delivered to this address. Any registrants after this date will not be entitled to be part of the offer. The lucky registrant will be announced on the Forum in the form of the User Name ONLY. By registering with the A1 Forum you are agreeing to these terms. Where a user either does not qualify or declines the iPad, the draw will be made again until a recipient is found. Should the iPad not be available at the time for selecting the recipient, an alternative will be offered to the value of £429 (plus P&P), selected by iCandi. Family, friends and individuals associated with iCandi are not eligible for this draw.
